watched Cthulhu (2007) yesterday. it's quite pretty and tranquil except maybe for the parts where it's social drama and LA HORREUR. not the splattery kind of horror, but the nice kind of creep that happens in your head while you don't actually see much of anything. it has it's trashy moments in which the director tries to bolster the ambience with odd visuals or a change in pace instead of relying on Jason Cottle's acting skills or just making a clean cut and moving on. it's still recommendable, the main character is fabulous, Tori Spelling is slutty and ueber creepy, also there is romancy gay romance. cute and VERY weird.

have y'all watched Antichrist already by the way? no? then go ahead and do-it-do-it-do-it!

i do like everything i've come up with so far, but at the same time nothing quite seems to hit the spot. it's either a bit too ranger, or too elfish-druidish... but i can't seem to get back to that shamane-warlock style i was aiming for last time.

maybe because that first design was a far cry from flawless to begin with... or it's that i've been too wrapped up in traditional japanese-style clothing to just skip back to leather and fur only. or maybe 'wedding peach' melted my brain for good.

gonna order my hoopak on saturday by the way, wahaha XD (if they can do it, that is) and i've had a nice idea for my character's hairstyle.

i'm busy preparing for the new semester (even if there's only so much i can do without actually deciding on a study) and i've got a job interview wednesday 13:15pm at Komödie am Kai (first district, omg) for the post of assistant director (OMFG). i probably won't get it anway, 2 good 2 be true, but that doesn't keep me from being immensely excited about it!

first regular day at Integral today, didn't get enough sleep (and wont again tonight) but all went rather smoothly -except that, after 3 hours stop-and-go dutch and no break, i got terribly exhausted and lapped into semi-german once or twice, creating rather hilarious mixups like:

i'm supposed to ask for the respondent's age, their "leeftijd", but what i ask is "Mag ik nog even uw ouder?" which one might as well translate to "May i speak to your parent ?" because age or leeftijd means "Alter" in German.

i had lots of fun. joked around with some of the respondents too, so no prob.

there was a guy from Belgium working in the booth next to mine... and since i've got something about me that attracts weird and creepy people of all sorts he started to talk to (which was perfectly fine) and finally flirt with me (at which point i had a hard time not headbutting him).

people really never seem talk to me unless they have a undeniable genetic connection to the Seed of Chucky.
